I wanted to share the great experience I had on May 14, 2025 with your representative Marvin (maybe that was not his name). I could not connect to Microsoft. Marvin was very patient and kind while he worked with me to access my computer. He could tell i was getting frustrated so he gently encouraged me to stay the course and we would get Microsoft connected. He was not deterred even when several things we tried did not work. We use Premier for our IT and technical support at work.  They are wonderful!  The phone is always answered, the staff is always friendly and helpful.  They are more than timely and follow up if additional time or resources are needed to address the issue, and they always correct/help with whatever is needed.  I have contacted them with everything from small issues such as how to adjust a SharePoint setting to having them assist with updates from Dell that messed up my profile and caused random issues to crop up.
