Spencer Kemmeling
Chief Executive Officer
Spencer Kemmeling joined Premier Networx as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of leadership experience across sales, operations, and strategy in the technology and investment banking sectors. His background spans both enterprise organizations and high-growth startups, with leadership roles at companies like Oracle and Blackbaud, as well as serving as Vice President at Rigor Insights.
Spencer holds a degree in Business Management from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University. He and his wife, Katie, have called the Augusta area home since 2014 and have one son. Spencer is passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive culture, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the CSRA.

Jessica Wingard
Chief Financial Officer
Jessica Wingard joined Premier Networx as Chief Financial Officer in March 2018, bringing extensive experience in accounting, business planning, and budgeting. As CFO, she oversees all financial operations and plays a key role in delivering value to clients by managing costs while enhancing their IT experience. Her leadership helps ensure clients can run their businesses securely and efficiently while maximizing their investments.
Prior to joining Premier Networx, Jessica spent 15 years in public accounting. She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Aiken and an MBA from Augusta State University. A licensed CPA in Georgia, she is actively involved in professional and local organizations, including serving as Treasurer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta.
Wes Linette
VP of Growth
Wes Linette joined Premier Networx as Vice President of Growth in March 2026, bringing 19 years of experience across direct sales, account development, fundraising, commercial real estate acquisitions, and solution-based selling. In his role, Wes focuses on building relationships with prospective clients and helping organizations identify the right technology, cybersecurity, and AI solutions to support their business objectives. His diverse business background enables him to understand client goals, uncover opportunities, and guide organizations toward practical, value-driven outcomes. Known for his consultative approach and commitment to follow-through, Wes works closely with clients to address challenges, support growth initiatives, and maximize the value of their technology investments.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, and their two children, Jonathan and Caroline. He also enjoys golfing and hunting.

Chad Harpley
Founder
Chad founded Premier Networx in 2013 to meet the growing need for reliable, professional IT and technology services in the Greater Augusta region. With over 20 years of experience in IT and telephone systems, he has become a trusted advisor known for his detail-oriented, results-driven approach and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Under his leadership, Premier Networx has grown into a leading IT services provider in the area, earning recognition such as Columbia County’s 2017 Small Business of the Year and multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies. A lifelong Augusta resident, Chad is actively involved in local chambers, supports community initiatives, and serves on several boards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
