Spencer Kemmeling

Chief Executive Officer

Spencer Kemmeling joined Premier Networx as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of leadership experience across sales, operations, and strategy in the technology and investment banking sectors. His background spans both enterprise organizations and high-growth startups, with leadership roles at companies like Oracle and Blackbaud, as well as serving as Vice President at Rigor Insights.

Spencer holds a degree in Business Management from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University. He and his wife, Katie, have called the Augusta area home since 2014 and have one son. Spencer is passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive culture, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the CSRA.

Spencer Kemmeling

Chief Executive Officer

Spencer Kemmeling joined Premier Networx as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of leadership experience across sales, operations, and strategy in the technology and investment banking sectors. His background spans both enterprise organizations and high-growth startups, with leadership roles at companies like Oracle and Blackbaud, as well as serving as Vice President at Rigor Insights.

Spencer holds a degree in Business Management from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University. He and his wife, Katie, have called the Augusta area home since 2014 and have one son. Jessica Wingard

Chief Financial Officer

Jessica Wingard joined Premier Networx as Chief Financial Officer in March 2018, bringing extensive experience in accounting, business planning, and budgeting. As CFO, she oversees all financial operations and plays a key role in delivering value to clients by managing costs while enhancing their IT experience. Her leadership helps ensure clients can run their businesses securely and efficiently while maximizing their investments.

Prior to joining Premier Networx, Jessica spent 15 years in public accounting. She holds a degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Aiken and an MBA from Augusta State University. A licensed CPA in Georgia, she is actively involved in professional and local organizations, including serving as Treasurer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta.

Wes Linette

VP of Growth

Wes Linette joined Premier Networx as Vice President of Growth in March 2026, bringing 19 years of experience across direct sales, account development, fundraising, commercial real estate acquisitions, and solution-based selling. In his role, Wes focuses on building relationships with prospective clients and helping organizations identify the right technology, cybersecurity, and AI solutions to support their business objectives. His diverse business background enables him to understand client goals, uncover opportunities, and guide organizations toward practical, value-driven outcomes. Known for his consultative approach and commitment to follow-through, Wes works closely with clients to address challenges, support growth initiatives, and maximize the value of their technology investments.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Diane, and their two children, Jonathan and Caroline. He also enjoys golfing and hunting.

Tim Quinlan

Director of Service

Tim Quinlan joined Premier Networx in August 2015, beginning his career with the company as a technician and growing into his current role as IT Director. With more than 15 years of IT and leadership experience throughout the Augusta area, Tim brings a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of the local business community. Throughout his tenure, he has played an integral role in the company’s growth, with a passion for developing strong teams, solving complex challenges, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Tim and his wife, Ana, have proudly called Augusta home for many years and are passionate about being involved in and giving back to the local community. Outside of Premier Networx, Tim enjoys camping and spending time with his family, especially his nine-year-old daughter, Sofia, who he’ll tell you is the real boss at home.

Katie Martinez

Director of Finance and Operations

Katie Martinez joined Premier Networx in 2022 and serves as Director of Finance & Operations, where she supports the company’s financial operations, strategic initiatives, and business processes that support continued growth and organizational excellence. In her role, Katie partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and develop scalable systems that support both employees and clients. With a passion for continuous improvement and operational effectiveness, Katie plays a key role in aligning business processes with the company’s strategic objectives. Her focus on streamlining operations, enhancing financial oversight, and driving organizational consistency helps ensure Premier Networx delivers exceptional service and lasting value to its clients.

Katie is dedicated to fostering collaboration, building sustainable processes, and creating a strong foundation for long-term success. She remains committed to supporting Premier Networx’s mission of being a trusted technology partner for businesses throughout the CSRA while helping guide the company’s continued growth and innovation.

Casey Cliatt

Cabling and Telephony Manager
Casey Cliatt started the Technical Services Division of Premier Network in July 2018, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the low-voltage industry. He oversees all Technical Services operations, including low-voltage cabling, VoIP phone systems, CCTV security systems, access control, and sound masking systems. Under his leadership, the division has grown steadily each year to become one of the largest in Georgia. Before joining Premier, Casey spent most of his life working with his family at Augusta Telephone and renovating houses as a licensed builder.
 
 
Casey holds a BBA from Georgia Southern University and a low-voltage license for the state of Georgia. Outside of work, Casey volunteers as Vice Chair of the Columbia County Youth Leadership program and Chair of the Columbia County Forward Foundation. You can usually find him outdoors, spending time with his wife, Toni, and their children, Rosie and Cooper.

Chad Harpley

Founder

Under his leadership, Premier Networx has grown into a leading IT services provider in the area, earning recognition such as Columbia County’s 2017 Small Business of the Year and multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies. A lifelong Augusta resident, Chad is actively involved in local chambers, supports community initiatives, and serves on several boards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Chad Harpley
