Malcolm brings knowledge and a positive attitude to his role at Premier Networx. As a Help Desk Technician, he’s helpful in resolving technical issues and ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. His dedication to providing solutions and his commitment to excellent service make him an invaluable asset to our team.

 

Beyond the Desk: Malcolm’s Passions

 

When Malcolm isn’t troubleshooting technical challenges, you can find him cooking, grilling, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with his son. A self-described “hippie”, he also loves biking or walking and indulging in the beauty of nature. 

 

From Savannah State to Service

 

Malcolm attended Savannah State University, where he joined Omega Psi Phi – the Q Dogs, fostering lifelong friendships and connections. His dedication to service extends beyond the workplace; Malcolm is also a proud Army veteran, proving his commitment and dedication. We are thankful for his service.
