SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who can help design and guide the adoption of modern IT, cloud, and security solutions for our growing client base. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales, engineering, and client success teams to understand business goals, assess technical environments, and architect scalable, secure solutions that support long-term growth. This position plays a key role in translating complex technical strategies into practical solutions that deliver real value to our clients.

PROJECT ENGINEER
We are seeking a Project Engineer to help implement and deliver IT infrastructure, cloud, and security projects for our managed services clients. This role focuses on executing well-designed technical solutions, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure deployments, network upgrades, and new client onboarding. Project Engineers play a critical role in ensuring systems are built correctly, securely, and in alignment with our company standards before transitioning into ongoing support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured project work, problem-solving, and working with a variety of technologies and client environments. You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects and internal teams to bring technical designs to life while maintaining strong documentation, organization, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
CABLING TECHNICIAN
The cabling technician position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing cabling infrastructure in low voltage environments while ensuring safety and professionalism. Responsibilities include testing cabling to ensure it is fully operational before leaving the installation site, operating a company vehicle safely, and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct when interacting with customers.
The role requires performing physical labor, adhering to safety protocols, and adapting to changing priorities. Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, and the ability to pass a criminal background check is necessary. Telephone experience is preferred but not required.
Our ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of client-facing technical experience, including proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and Windows Server systems. Supervisory experience is a plus, as is previous MSP experience. This role manages the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and onboarding projects while supporting a team of Project Engineers, Field Technicians, and Solutions Architects. The Professional Services Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with both client expectations and company standards.
