Jenifer Harpley has been with Premier Networx since January 2017 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2018. Jen is responsible for the daily operations of Premier Networx. This includes overseeing company strategies and establishing policies that help promote the mission and vision of Premier Networx. She plays a vital role in ensuring the team stays organized, motivated, engaged, and focused. Her background is in banking and mortgage, so being with Premier Networx is definitely an atmosphere change. 

However, Jen loves “the ability to help people in the business community and feeling like she provides a way to make their work-life easier”, she says. Outside of work, you can find Jen traveling! Her favorite vacation spot is St. John. She loves the island and relaxing by the water. A fun fact about Jen is that her first job was as the Sonic Cup mascot! Her contagious passion and perseverance are what we love most about her. She is an encouragement to the Premier Networx team and inspires our team, clients, and community. Jen plays a huge role in the success and growth of the company, and we are so thankful for her!
