Chad Harpley
President and CEO
Chad started Premier Networx in 2013 to meet the greater Augusta region’s growing need for a reliable, reputable, and professional IT and Technology Services Provider.
Spend just five minutes with Chad and you’ll understand why he has become such a trusted advisor and partner for his clients. He brings with him over 20 years of IT and Telephone experience, and a detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic. He’s dedicated to consistently delivering outstanding customer service and an efficient and well-managed IT infrastructure supervised by an expert staff.
Under his leadership, Premier Networx has quickly grown into the leading IT Services provider in the Greater Augusta region and has won several awards, including Columbia County’s 2017 Small Business of the Year, and made Inc. 5000’s list of Fastest-Growing Companies in America in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Chad was born and raised in Augusta and is a devoted advocate for local businesses and economic growth in the area. He is an active member of the Aiken, Augusta Metro, and Columbia County Chambers and supports many local charities. Chad also sits on the board of the Jud C. Hickey Center for Alzheimer’s Care and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys spending time with family, his two children, Will and Ava, and his black lab, Georgia. He’s an avid hunter and when the weather is nice, you’re guaranteed to run into him cruising around Clark Hills Lake.

Jenifer Harpley
Chief Operating Officer
Jenifer Harpley has been with Premier Networx since January 2017 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2018. As COO, Jen is responsible for the daily operations of Premier Networx which include spearheading new initiatives, overseeing the implementation of company strategies, establishing policies that promote the Premier Networx culture and vision, and keeping the team organized, motivated, engaged, and focused. Jen has played a major part in the growth of Premier Networx and her passion is contagious and inspiring to not only the employees, but to clients, business partners, and the community.
“At Premier Networx, we focus all of our efforts on over-delivering on our promises by staying up to date on cutting-edge technology and by putting the customer first. This is why we are so highly respected in the community and a big reason as to why we are growing so fast. It’s an exciting time to be in our industry, and we are ready to lead the charge in the greater Augusta region,” says Jen.
Jen is very active with the Columbia County Chamber, having been an ambassador in years past and part of the 2019 Leadership class. Charities that she is currently active with include serving on the boards for: Burn Foundation of America, Columbia County Chamber Foundation, and the Columbia County Forward Foundation. She is also involved in the planning and execution of many fundraising events throughout the year.
Jen is an Augusta native and loves Augusta for its big-small town feel, “You have everything you need here without the traffic and hustle of a bigger city, and you can’t beat the excellent schools and outdoor recreation facilities.” In her free time, Jen spends time with her family and enjoys traveling as much as she can.

Jessica Wingard
Chief Financial Officer
Jessica Wingard joined the Premier Networx team as Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. As CFO, she is responsible for all financial activities of Premier Networx including accounting, business planning, and budgeting, as well as overseeing quoting and inventory management and performing various human resources tasks for the company. Jessica is the perfect fit for our executive team as her vision and drive help us continuously provide value for our customers by managing and potentially lowering technology-related expenses and at the same time, improving their IT experience. With her background and expertise, we’re able to help our clients run their business more securely, reliably, and with the confidence that they are getting maximum value from their dollar.
Prior to joining Premier Networx, Jessica worked in the public accounting profession for 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of South Carolina at Aiken and a Master of Business Administration degree from Augusta State University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (“GSCPA”). Jessica has served on the Peer Review Committee and the A&A Advisory Council for the GSCPA. She is also a past president of the Augusta Chapter of the GSCPA and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Augusta Chapter of the American Red Cross. Jessica currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta.
