Terms + Conditions –

• There is no limit on referrals.
• Referrals must be a decision-maker for a locally owned company. 
• In order to receive the cooler and swag, the referred business must enter into a definite Technology Service Agreement (TSA) with Premier Networx.
• The prize is non-transferable, it cannot be redeemed for the cash value, nor can it be exchanged for any other reward.
