At Premier Networx, we believe that a strong team culture goes beyond the office — it’s built through shared experiences, laughter, and showing genuine appreciation for the people who make our company what it is. That’s why we were excited to host our 2025 Employee Picnic at SRP Park, capped off with a night of baseball watching the Augusta GreenJackets in action! 

A Perfect Day for a Picnic 

The day couldn’t have been better. The sun was shining, the breeze was just right, and SRP Park provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxed, fun-filled afternoon. Our team gathered with family and friends in the picnic area, enjoying a delicious spread of classic cookout favorites — from burgers and hot dogs to refreshing drinks and sweet treats. 

Whether it was playing lawn games, catching up outside the office, or simply soaking in the great atmosphere, the picnic was a chance for everyone to unwind and connect beyond the workday hustle. 

A Special Moment on the Mound 

One of the highlights of the evening was seeing our Core Values Catch winner, [name], take the field to throw out the first pitch of the game! This is a way for us to recognize team members who consistently embody our core values — whether it’s exceptional teamwork, accountability, customer-first service, or going the extra mile. Watching them step onto the mound in front of the crowd was a proud moment for all of us and a reminder of what makes Premier Networx such a special place to work: our people. 

Game Time! 

As the evening rolled in, we made our way to the stands to cheer on the Augusta GreenJackets. It was the perfect end to a great day — stadium lights, a lively crowd, and plenty of ballpark energy. For some, it was their first GreenJackets game, while for others it was a favorite local tradition. Either way, sharing it as a team made it even better. 

More Than Just a Picnic 

This event wasn’t just about food and baseball — it was about celebrating our people. At Premier Networx, we’re proud of the work we do, but even more proud of the incredible individuals behind it. The employee picnic is our way of saying thank you — for your hard work, your dedication, and the culture we all contribute to every day.
